He is satisfied that his painting represents \u003cem\u003eArgonaut\u003c\/em\u003e faithfully in her 1946 appearance. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith any painting of Sydney Harbour the Bridge tends to dominate and the client was keen that the ship took centre stage. Droits de l'Homme was a full two-decker 74-gun ship but the heavy weather in which this action took place made it impossible to open her lower deck gun ports.
